The white inside of your vaginal canal could just be normal vaginal discharge, or you could have a yeast infection, which can be easily treated. Are you sexually active? Are you experiencing any pain? Bumps near your clitoris sound like fordyce spots, which are totally normal bumps/texture on genital skin and are not at all indicative of an STD.
I think you need to post more clear pic for the part you talk about.
Don't think you've got anythIng to be honest,check with the doctors before telling anyone,there's a stigma about things like this,people tend to joke about it when they aren't going through it,but it's totally your choice who you want to tell,still I think your safe
