HELP! i’m scared i had sex with two different people recently and i believe i have a std. few days ago when i went to urinate it was uncomfortable and frequent but almost every time little to none was coming out and i would still have the urge to pee when i finished. since i thought that was weird and a first, i looked down there and noticed small bumps in my vag and i’m terrified. someone please help

first i think you a UTI, that can cause the urge to pee
second by the white discharge you have a yeast infection as well

i agree with the two and as far as the bumps are concerned its VP nothing to worry about. Are you having any other symptoms ?
