hi ive noticed these spots on my foreskin, they dont hurt ad have shown up where in the area i usually get dry skin from masturbating, its starting to consume my mind thinking its something serious, ive had them for about three weeks now

You should have blood work done, it looks like an outbreak of herpes that’s healing.
