I'd also like to add that I have not seen any blistering of any kind or an ulcer ? it does ooze once the layer of skin/scabbing peels off but just slightly and it's clear.. and it only tingles once I've touched it or have it exposed to air (aka once a layer has come off)
Very hard to tell from that picture. I would monitor for a few days and see how it heals. I have learned from experience that it is best not to squeeze any spot that does not have a clear head.
Although I would expect herpes to blister more prominently and be more widespread.
heres an update image from today.. no oozing or anything except for times when I've peeled the dead skin off.. just pink in color and I'm seeing the doctor next week to see what it might be
In the first instance, why don't you go to the nearest sexual health clinic. They are well trained in such matters. Usually better than a GP and a specialist you go to may not be much better. Good luck.
