GRAPHIC IMAGES: WARNING *this took a lot of courage cause i'm extremely embarrassed by this but please, no judgment* 1. started out with thick cottage cheese like discharge so i thought maybe yeast infection? but then turned into chunky and milky and very stringy with a stronger odor 2. my vulva would swell up really bad and feel "raw" and would have scratch marks (now healed up) but it still is extremely tender 3. i have this strange raised mark and idk what it is and I've noticed tiny bright red bumps just inside my vagina 4. Clitoris is extremely sore 5. i haven't been sexually active for at least 2 months now and these symptoms have been non stop since then so I'm worried 6. I've tried multiple over the counter yeast infection treatments, all which seemed to work but then would come back immediately. *i DONT douche or use any scented feminine hygiene products, I'm very careful because my pH balance has always gotten thrown out of whack easily from the smallest things* 7. i do have a history with yeast infections and bv unfortunately but i've never had the bumps before 8. bumps aren't itchy or burning anymore but it does burn to urinate SOMETIMES OTHER SYMPTOMS THAT MIGHT BE WORTH NOTING: blurry vision (worse than normal), dizziness, fatigue/soreness, spotted vision HOWEVER i am amnesic and often how low iron so I'm not sure. i don't have the money to afford insurance or a costly visit so please no judgment. I'm just worried and looking for closure. *i also do not take any medication and I've also given birth but that was 2 years ago, this is all new*
it sounds like serious infection have u tried candid B , that might help but before that I would suggest u to go to doctor.
So its gotten worse and the inside of my vagina has a bunch of weird red bumps but they don’t hurt or itch and my discharge is a lot worse as well. Oh and everything is really red on the inside and theres thick white stuff coating the inside and it hurts a lot worse to pee. I went to a nearby clinic and they based it off my description and sent me off just telling me it was a yest infection and gave me cream. This isn’t like any yeast infection I’ve ever had. The cramps are unbearable from whatever this is and idk what to do. I can’t afford health care so this is really scaring me, especially if it’s an STD.
Yes, I’ve used candid b every time my yeast infection occurs and it normally helps but it isn’t doing anything for whatever this is.
you can try asking ur doc to do a swap test and see what it is, try doing urine culture…it can help to sort somethings
so its gotten worse but doc said yeast infection without testing and i’m seriously concerned. can anyone tell me what they think it might be? i know, its gross and graphic but im seriously worried.
Went to a different OBGYN lady and she said BV and prescribed me ointment a few weeks ago and thought it was helping but then it came back full fledged after i finished the treatment and i’m at loss. Now i have these flesh colored bumps along with previous symptoms and i haven’t been sexually active since abnormal symptoms began. It was too costly for the ointment and the actual check up itself. I don’t know what to do like I’m so scared. I can’t live with myself if it turns out to be a serious STD that isn’t curable.
