Help I’m trying to stop my PPI!!!!

Hello,

14 weeks ago my doctor put me on Dexilant because I was having intense chest pain.. I’ve recently just learned I didn’t need it as I don’t have GERD rather a bad panic disorder... 

I can’t taper down on Dexilant because it’s in a capsol so I have to stop cold turkey. 

I stoped 2 days ago and I’m having horrible bloating and reflux as well had being shaky and light headed.. 

Are these common rebound symptoms? How long will this last sad 

Please help with any info or advice!!

Don't worry switch to nexium for couple of days and then taper off. Within a week or so.
