I think they are just vestibular papillomas, not genital warts.
Can I ask if you’ve been vaccinated against HPV (Gardasil)?

yes, i was vaccinated when the vaccine when i was about 12Ish

If you’ve been vaccinated, then it greatly reduces the chances that these lumps and bumps are from HPV infection.
