I have never had sex and 20yr old.. I am seriously too worried.. There is pimple like thing at end of my penis on genitals... What do I do?
If you've never had sex, I don't see how you could have genital herpes. It's hard to say what the thing at the end of your penis could be, but you could ask your GP or go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic to get it checked out. Just google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

It's probably just an ingrown hair follicle (a risk of publc shaving), or possibly a sebaceous cyst, so nothing serious. Your doctor or a GUM clinic could confirm and either lance it or prescribe an exfoliant or cream to fix things.

Yeh looks like ingrown hair or something like that from shaving. You should use an exfoliating glove or something similar every couple of days after shaving the area

It looks different in the new image, but I still think it's probably an ingrown hair. It might go away on its own, but I'd definitely get it looked at. It doesn't look like herpes though, and I don't see how it could be if you've never had sex.
Sorry the first pic was not good in quality.. And this thing changed its color it turned darker today almost same color as the surrounding area. I guess it's an ingrown hair due to shaving.
