HELP!! Is this genital herpes or something else? **PICS INCLUDED**

Hey guys!

A day after I got off my period, I started getting nerve pain shooting down my right leg only. It felt like a sharp pins/needles pain. Very sensitive to the touch and also felt like an electrical current running down my leg. I stayed in bed all day because it hurt to walk. The next morning- which was Wed, April 1st- the pain was so bad it woke me up out of my sleep. It shot up to my vagina. I went to the bathroom and noticed an extremely burning pain. It felt like a cigarette burn. I noticed a bump as i wiped myself so I took a picture of my vagina and noticed a red painful bump on my labia minora- near the clitoris. Ive never had a bump there and never had a pain so bad down there. I thought it was a cyst, but now im not too sure. I put alcohol and Thayers witch hazel on it yesterday and it seemed to go down only alittle tiny bit.
Sidenote The day the pain initially started in my right leg, I had sex with my boyfriend. I DID NOT have a bump at the time. I had this type of sharp, tingly pain before and had sex with him so I didnt think anything of it. Two days later he tells me it burns when he pees. I looked at his penis and there’s no type of outbreak anywhere. It burns inside as the pee is about to come out. He said he’s never had burning pee and even had anxiety to go to the bathroom. He was afraid that I gave him something. I told him I have was a cyst because that’s what I was thinking. I told him maybe he has a UTI. So we went to the store to get UTI medicine for him (we didnt see one for men, so we just picked up Azo maximum relief UTI medicine and some cranberry juice). He’s had it for three days now and he’s saying the pain is getting alittle better

I attached some pics of how the bump looked on my vagina when i first noticed it. I also show how it looks now on Day 6.
I really need someone’s opinion on if this is Genital Herpes or not. Its hard to go to the doctor since the COVID-19.

It doesnt look like standard herpes but the symptoms you describe are disagrees with my opinion. Its hard to say. Also if you had this before sex (the predome symptoms) you could of been shedding the virus and passed it on to him. A lot of people are silent carriers and have out breakss years laters of becoming infected. Only way to know is an IGG test. If its positive it means youve had the virus and didnt know. Many people dont get igg tests when they go for a std panel so thats why many dont know. Check to see if you have hsv1 or 2. Hopefully it isnt anything serious. Im sure youll be fine. Keep monitoring the area. The fact you had a pre dome symptom and then this popped up it can be a possibility. Only way to know for certain is to test. Good luck

I cant really tell for sure but asap get tested for syphilis and chlymidia, including herpes too.

so it looks like i do have herpes. my aunt is a nurse and i had her take a look since i cant go the doctors office right now. she said im displaying all the symptoms and it looks like it
