Help! Is this Genital warts?

I always feel there is a small bump around my anus. I usually take picture of if to monitor it. previously, it is not visible at all. But tonight, I took a pic, the bump grows larger. Is it genital warts? please Help!

And I use vinegar on that bump and my anal area. I dont know whether i am overthinking or not. I feel it turn white and my entire anus turn white as well. indicated as below:

Please help. Do i get genital warts?

go to your doctors if there warts they will remove them
