Help ; is this herpes

im currently 33 weeks pregnant i have a history of having BV and reoccuring utis please help im very itchy 

is it sore at all? any fluid coming out of them?

doesnt look like herpes.
given the fact you are pregnant i would get checked out for any bacterial infections
