HELP! Is this herpes?

i noticed it last weekend, since then it has gotten significantly bigger. its very hard and solid, its perfectly round. it doesnt itch or tingle, it doesnt burn when i urinate.

i havent had any flu like symptoms, i have follicutulitis and i had BV last month if that helps with anything.

It looks like a bartholin’s cyst it is a glad you have on either side of your vulva. It can fill with fluid.
