this is a tricky one. your first photo looks like herpes. you would only get herpes from the boy if his penis or mouth directly touched your genital area and he has HSV. if no genitals have ever touched yours, and you’ve never received oral sex, it’s most likely not herpes.
Agreed. It can be mistaken with yeast sores, especially if it’s been itching. You can try an antifungal treatment but in doubt, it’s always better to be tested.
Please go and get it swabbed before it dries out. If that window passed get a IGG blood test for both HSV 1 &2 at the 3 month mark for the most accurate results.
