i originally thought these were fordyce spots but now a year later they seem to be growing or spreading i’m working on getting tested but some insight beforehand would be super helpful! 
These are absolutely Fordyce spots. Mine get easily swollen and irritated during yeast infections. sometimes they get more visible with time.

Hi, yeah they are Fordyce spots and nothing to worry about. I think as you get older they are just more prominent and depending on your cycle too it seems for me. I dont fret over it though. As long as they do not cause you any discomfort your fine. Also its never a bad thing to get tested, make sure you dont have any underlying issue that is dormant.
