Help! It all the sudden feels like i need to burp but can't..

I all the sudden have this feeling that isn't going away. It feels like I need burp, it's harder to breathe and would "SO" very much appreciate any advice to stop this topic.

hi. i experienced that too 5 years ago. i had endoscopy and it revealed a large sliding hiatal hernia. i have been on lansoprazole 30mg till now and so far the symptoms are under control. they only attack when i eat fatty and acidic foods. please see a gastro for a thorough checkup. regards.
