i have been suffering from this for a 3 months now
for full discloser : i do masturbate a lot in the past + i always have protected sex
i had a time when i was dehydrated and all my skin is dry even the penis
so when i did the act after awhile i had redness and tender in the area but i stopped for as i remember for 3 day to make it calm down then i did it again , after a while i noticed that area is swollen and very dry and going white and the skin is peeling like dead skin
i started to use moisters and ELICA-M ( mometasone furoate 0.1% + miconazole nitrate 2% ) now its improved but still its looks like this now and its very shiny no itching or tender anymore .
i went for dermatologist and she said its most likely fungal infection , gave me antifungal medication oral + topical and im on it now for 3 days but no improvement
i dont feel like its fungal bacause i could not find anything similar to it on the internet !
so help me any one knows what its ?
