you gotta pop them and clean them with alcohol. had them before idk what there called. but they will spread if you pop them and don’t disinfect the area.

That is not genital herpes, from looking at the image i would be inclined to say its infected ingrown hairs.
If you have tried self treatment and they are still present then a visit to the doctors maybe beneficial for an antibiotic cream.
