hi! notice these spots/lumps on the back of my throat today. i’m super paranoid of what it can be ive been freaking out all day and my anxiety about it can anyone tell me what it is?

I think you’re referring to lymphoid tissue at the back of the throat (aka pharyngeal tonsils). They are part of what’s known as Waldeyer’s ring. Nothing to worry about- they are meant to be lumpy, like the back part of your tongue.
