i dont think it looks like Hs poss a parasite or something needs to be seen by a dr first

Whatever it is, and I don’t think this is HS., you must consult a GP for possible referral to a dermatologist. Why have you waited so long?

I just had a look online and this looks like it could be discoid excema. Have a look yourself and see what you think.

Talk with your dermatologist,my Doc has me on anew study thru Mayo. 5mg of Finasteride daily. Has been preventing new fistulas for 3 months.I have had this disease for 20 years along with the surgeries .antibiotics. and pain meds.
