Help me I'm an extremely paranoid person.

so I went on vacation and met a girl over there and we had sex. it's been 2 weeks now since and I've felt a weird itch/burn in one spot so I checked and now I'm extremely worried. my cousin says I'm paranoid any time I've had sex I inspect myself and worry alot, but this time I think I did get something. I have been wanking it though lately.

I've also had a weird like rash for awhile in between my legs and testicles that goes away then comes back depending on the weather and sweat and it burns at times as if chaffing.

The picture you show is of your penis? Did you use a condom during all sexual contact?
Do you have skin problems elsewhere on your body other than the groin / genital region, such as Psoriasis or Eczema?
When you say " I have been w … g it " - are you referring to masturbation? If so how often per day or week? Essential to know is that, do you apply anything like baby oil, skin creams or any any Lube substitute or any actual form of Lube for masturbation?

my shaft, it’s on the underside the part that touches my testicles. I wore a condom during intercourse but not for oral.
I have what might be jock itch in between my legs/testicles region.
I masturbated maybe 3 times a day for 3 days no liquids.

Okay, jock itch is caused by lack of the right level of hygiene. If you can shower every morning, then freshly laundered underwear every day after you have showered - make sure you completely dry the entire groin region so there are no traces of moisture.
You also need to be using clean towels that only you use. If you do sports, work up a sweat in any way during the day the thing to prevent is the sweat drying on you as this can create the conditions for bacteria and things like fungus to multiply. Again, fresh sports shorts everyday if you are using them.
In terms of what is shown in the picture this looks like skin irritation - so it could have been you had a skin reaction to the condom. However, as you say you have a weird rash between your legs I would suggest you have a skin condition that a Dermatologist needs to check out. This is why I asked whether you had a recognised skin condition such as Psoriasis or Eczema.
With frequent masturbation this can further irritate skin area that has either a condition present in it, or has been irritated by an external cause - and therefore my questions relating to masturbation.
In brief, you have what you describe as jock itch, you have irritated skin on the shaft of your penis, but you have also had irritation of skin going on previously in your groin region.
So you need to get a Dermatologist to work with you to diagnose whether you have an actual skin condition.
The only way to be sure no STD’s / STI’s were not passed on during the sex you had is to get tested, that way you will achieve peace of mind once you have the test results.
