About a month & a couple weeks ago i got a wax , my hair started to come back on the lips of my vag first then i felt these little bumps. They are red & do look a little pussfilled. They dont hurt, just a little discomfort.. no discharge change or anything . Ive been with my same partner for over a year now…

Based on the background story my guess is infection of the hair follicles/ingrown hair. They may be clustered because the infection spread to the surrounding tissue.
However I would visit a doctor either way. I cant see clearly from the photo but looks also consistent with hsv infection. I dont think it is, but its possible. So just get swabbed to be safe. If its not, then get an antibiotic.
