hello all, im 17 sexually active last had sex 3-4 days ago! Yesterday I did not masturbate or have sex and i do clean my penis daily... how it all started was a sudden itchy irritation around the bottom rim of my penis head, it seems to be red in color and I do have a bit of red on the head itself. I also have PPP for the past 2 years but never got it checked out as what i found on google with pictures matched my situation. Just wondering what it is or what to do... its itchy when irritated or touched, NO discharge, weeing is fine. and a bit smelly. thankyou! :)
Do you only have 1 sex partner? Do you use condoms each time? So did you specifically not have sex (“yesterday”) or masturbate because you though something was wrong with your penis skin?
If you had unprotected vaginal sex the most common cause of irritation is a yeast / fungal infection. If you had unprotected anal the most common issue is a bacterial infection. Obviously if you had unprotected these are the initial issues to consider.
If you mean you have Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) on the rim / corona of the head of your penis then these are permanent.
Do you mean your urine is smelly (and perhaps a bit off-colour too) or do you mean your penis has a noticeable odour?
