Today I was masturbating and after that I've seen a lot of cuts and I couldn't uncover my penis because I had pain. Now I can see these cuts and also my penis becomes red.
These pictures are taken 30 mins after I washed my penis after masturbating.
In the second pic, that white thing is only the light.
Have I some infection or other things like lichen or something else?
Okay, you get symptoms as severe as this when things have been quite wrong for at least a period of months. When you masturbate do you apply ANYTHING to your penis?
Until this is healed you must: -
- never masturbate or have sex
- do not apply soap or shower gel to your penis
- wash with water only and very carefully fully dry with a clean dry towel that ONLY YOU use

Depending on your masturbation practices, yes, you may have a skin condition. It would be best if you went to see a Dermatologist about this to get the correct medication and to enable healing to take place as soon as possible. If you cannot refer yourself to a Dermatologist then contact your GP / Regular / Family Doctor to get a referral Or you could go to a GU Medicine Service such as a GUM Clinic if you are in the UK
Now I have no more pain and I see new skin on these cuts (so they’re not anymore).
Would you suggest to visit a dermatologist or urologist only because you saw these pictures or only because I told these things?
I mean - in these pictures you can see anything wrong?
