been this way since 11 no stds. i have eczema but this wont go away at all smh. help!!!

What you have present on your penis is part of the natural make up of the male penis following the onset of sexual maturation.  
These may fade in time, or they may remain as they are for the remainder of your life. Normally, by the age of 30 to 32 how your penis looks will give a good indicator of how your penis will look for the remainder of your life.  
If you get checked for an STD / STI again get the health professional to do a visual check of your penis - same if you have contact with a Dermatologist for your eczema get them to check your penis for you …
