i have this since i was 13 years old, iam almost 22 at the moment so yeah i really really need help..
anyone knows what this is ? iam so ashamed of this i cant even have sex …

have you been shaving that area since you were 13? if so it could be a possible cause. if not then it kinda looks like psoriasis or eczema? see if you can go to a dermatologist.

I agree with Piccolo- it’s likely to be a scaly skin condition, either eczema or psoriasis. Clearly this is not an STD, because you’re a virgin. Do you know if you’ve been diagnosed with any skin conditions in the past?

Do you have a skin rash elsewhere on your body (check trunk, elbows, knees, face, ears)? Take more photos if you have and maybe we can try to diagnose the condition if getting to a dermatologist is going to be difficult.

nope not an STD looks like eczema my brother had that all over his hands and back. if can maybe go to the doctors for some cream or something

i do not have a skin rash anywhere else, never had it either. only the ones near my genitals, if you need more pictures can you tell me exactly where i should take pictures of.

I would stop shaving for a while too. I am sure it it is causing more irritation.
