Im having my first outbreak now all over my body and when i look close enough it looks like little x's on my hands, arms etc & penis is getting sore espevially the tip. Overwheling feeling down my legs & butt and thighs twiching. Red rashes & burning feelingveverywhere. Feeling absolutely overwhelmed & scared. What should i do. Plz help

Go see a doctor. Genital herpes shouldn't be all over your body. You likely have something else.
