normal skin or somthing else?? been like it for months paranoid and depressed no itching or pain. told by doctors it dry skin

its normal to have some fleshy parts on the inside of he vagina the red marks on it looks like burst blood vessel under the surface
what could have caused that? i get very paranoid suffer with anxiety scared
sometimes wiping to hard can cause it or using tampons etc it wil go away
its like when ur skins pinched and blood comes up under the surface it will go away by itself
