Definitely has the consistency of a genital wart, luckily those can be taken care of. To be on the safe side, make sure you reach out to your PCP or OBGYN and make an appointment, or go to your local urgent care and they can swab and do additional testing. But based on the color shape and size, its definitely a wart.

hi, looks like cyst. you can try and pop it with warm/hot compress or bath. let it pop naturally dont try and pop it . It will make it worse if you do.

It is a bartholin’s cyst it is very common.
