Yes, you can just come off. Five days is not long enough for your nervous system to have remodeled in response. It may take a few days to come back to normal, and certainly if missing the first dose throws you into chaos, re-evaluate. Very rarely, even short term use causes "withdrawal" when stopping abruptly, but RARE.
Mirt has a half life of 20-40 hours so the removal down to nothing could take several days.

It should be okey to stop if you've only taking 15 mg for 5 nights. If you have any doubts I would cut your dose in half for a week and then alternate nights.
