The best cancer hospital that i know of is the Hoxey clinic in Tijuana Mexico not to be confused with the Oasis of Hope Hospital also in Tijuana Mexico.
With all the trouble at the border , It may not be possible to get to the Hoxey clinic. The clinic is also called the Bio Medical Center. The only telephone number i could find for them is +52 664 684 9011.

I’m so sorry that your father is suffering. A point I would like to make is if he is in late stage it might be very hard to help him. My wife had stage 3 non hodgekins cancer. Luckily the oncologist at UCLA in California saved her. Doctors won’t be able to help him. Sorry for that. Sure they will take your money but not be able to help. They will just try to keep him comfortable. I would suggest UCLA in California. God Bless him and your family. GOOD LUCK. I will pray for him.
