i have these spots inside my private area. on my labia minora. (inside the vag lips more to the lower part). it burns when in contact with water and even when i pee. it doesn’t itch. i opened my legs widely and tried to compress it with a cold cloth. it burned and a yellow substance was seen on the cloth. please help me.
