you can have up to 30g fat a day with no more than 15g per meal.
you shouldn't need to only be eating chicken and rice for dinner, you can eat lean meats, fish with salad, veg, pasta, rice, potatos. i have found that i can eat most of what i did before with a bit of tweaking on the ingredients list or the way something is cooked.

Any other veg you want to throw in
1/2 Jar of Weight Watchers Chicken Tikka Sauce
100g Basmati Rice

Fat = 7.7g
