Been on 5mg citalopram for 4 weeks for intrusive thoughts, anxiety due zopiclone withdrawal. Was awful at start but felt bit better mood has lifted bit last week but not helping thoughts. Increased to 7.5 mg three days ago today had really bad blip felt like did few weeks ago but not quite as panicky. Want to try eventually to get to 10mg as too low doesnt seem help thoughts. is It just case grin and bear it a bit until get used to new dose as don’t want keep changing. They must be helping a bit but are blips normal even with slight increase?
completely normal x especially on an increase. it will pass it will just take time x it sucks it really does. when I increased about 3 days in the same thing happened to me. x you got this!

Had the same problem, increasing made me worse from 15 to 20 sent me through the roof with strange thoughts. So I went back to 15.
So scary I know how you feel. My thoughts aren’t as strong compared to a week ago. More time and one dose I am sure will level us out
