Recently I had left side chest pain , and also I had slight left arm pain and left leg pain, I went to the A7E , and doctors took a sample of my blood and carried out ECG, both came as normal , and they sent me back saying NOT TO WORRY. but I still have on & off pain on my left side of the chest. It's not stabbing pain, but little pain. What it could be ? what should I do? Is it Heart related or? I am asthma patient as well since childhood. Please kindly advise me.

I'm not an expert at all! But i've been having chest pain ongoing for 4 months now! All the tests in the world and all come back fine. But it still hurts like hell!
We've concluded that it must be anxiety related. If the tests have come back fine then please try and be reassured that it's nothing serious. I learned the chest has thousands of nerve endings and the slightest pince can cause pain across the chest.
I've just been prescribed anti anxiety tablets and opium based painkillers to see if that helps.
I hope you get sorted but try and relax knowing that if you've been checked out and you're ok that you will be ok
