recently I noticed a growth of skin that is raised next to my clitoris and it feels very raw and tender to the touch and I feel a small lump could this be cancer ? I've never had this before and haven't been sexually active for over 5 months .

here's another picture hopefully it's more clear . it looks like my skin is cut or something but a part of my labia is swollen . it doesn't hurt when I walk or sit it only feels really sensitive when I directly touch it . 
It does look like a cut/nic but not really a ulcer I'm wondering if you scratched part of a little vp you have.
I prob did scratch it on accident or something but what worries me is how one of my lips is like swollen or something where the cut is and the other side is flat
I'm not sure about the swelling either I tried to see it but I'm not sure exactly where you are talking about. I would definitely keep a eye on this spot and if you notice any changes definitely see a doctor. How long have you had the swelling?

It doesn't look like it to me they typically have a rough texture/look to them. It kind of looks like the beginning of vp.

i was thinking is this an outbreak ! but i get blood test done all the time n herpes never showed up before. i uploaded my pic so u can see mines but its not uploading 
ooo girl yeah I see it now looks exactly like mine but mine is on my inner lip ! it can be uncomfortable if it touches my underwear but it doesn't hurt . I made an appt for Monday. idk why I'm thinking the worst and believe it could be gw im scared but I'll update and tell you what they tell me !
im pregnant so i go to the GYN once a month. now my vagina got more swollen 
well I went to my Dr today and got a pap done and he told me it could be herpes so I'm just waiting on my test results but im devastated bc im sure it could be that bc he didn't tell me not to worry but we will see..
