Help!! Not sure if STD or Yeast infection

My boyfriend found out he has chlamydia and i also got tested. Since results would take a few days doctors prescribed me doxycycline and fluconazole. 5 days later found i was negative for chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhea, & HIV 1/2. Its possible the antibiotics caused a yeast infection but ive never seen sores like this before I noticed tonight my discharged was runny and super white. no fowl/fishy smell either. im worried and found this website by googling and scaring myself lol it doesnt sting constantly but if i use toilet paper i feel irritation more so ive been using wet wipes. it also feels dry down there. the sores hurt if i touch them and if i move around a certain way as well

Hey chacha,
I recently went through the similar thing and my best advice is do not let the internet scare you. I recommend getting tested by a doctor again just be on the safe side. Did your boyfriend only test positive for chlamydia? Besides the sores the bumps in your vagina look normal.

the first photo looks like hsv but again ask your doctor

i believe thats all he was tested for but he didnt originally go in for std testing. he was having stomach issues and theycdid blood work and urine samples and they called and said he was positive for it. he plans on going to get checked for anything else this week. we both did the doxycycline treatment and only issues hes noticed was little bumps near his pubes but they look like razor burn/ingrown hairs. i plan on going to the clinic wednesday since its free testing

i know herpes isnt the end of the world so im not terrified but its definitely annoying. going to the clinic on wednesday to be safe.
aside from that nothing has changed or gotten worse but hasnt gotten better either. sores havent gotten bigger or smaller and its been 4 days since i noticed them

So just as an update i did get tested and came back positive for HSV 1 which is super funny since HSV 2 is technically the genital strain. BUT its not the end of the world and flare ups can be minimize or nonexistant with medication. im just glad i have answers
