bumps dont hurt, just itch from time to time. dont/havent had any other symptoms. can’t really tell in pic but most bumps arent really visible until i stretch or expand my skin, they then become slightly visible but dont look raised. any clues as to if these are herpes?
it looks like fordyce spots to me.
