ok so a week ago i started to notice this sore or rash im not sure what it is but it feels hard and if i put pressure on it it does hurt and puss comes out it. it hurts if pee touches it it starts to hurt.. i had unprotected sex a few months ago please help me identify what it is.
please go to the doctor and get it checked. im not sure what it is.
its a sore maybe a mild herpes
