Dear josh,
I can see two things worthy of comment:
- Top left quadrant of photo. 2-3 pearly white spots. These are small sebaceous (epidermoid) cysts. Nothing to worry about. They are just blocked grease glands and not a feature of STD.
- Slight white/shiny area in the middle and top third of photo. This is a patch of lichenified skin. Lots of reasons for this, but it suggests that the skin has been chronically irritated or scratched.
None of these would be indicative of warts, but if you think you’ve been at risk of STDs you should get checked.
So what’s with your disordered penis? I can only see buttocks.
