Hey…absolutely NOT worry! allot of people first time they look in their mouths in detail panic thinking they have oral hpv or cancer, that’s because all of us have at the back of our tongue those spots that look like pieces of meat, usually they are V shaped, yours look normal, if you’re talking about the spots on your uvula..those are normal and you can even get bumps on the uvula and back of throat when you have a bit of sore throat, also..towards the back or your mouth left and right you will notice you have 2 scary looking pieces of meat..those are your tonsils are perfectly normal, they can also get inflamed when you have a cold.
