Help!!! Pimple on penis!!

these two pimples showed up on my penis idk when but i noticed them like two days ago. I've been really worried and searched everything if i could have an STD or something but I'm not sure.

it doesn't itch or something and it doesn't hurt, i don't have problems peeing like it doesn't hurt when i pee, they're just there. Please help me identify what this can be.

p.s its not even a pimple its more like a skin tag but like a keratin pimple idk how to explain it
