I think it might be BV (bacterial vaginosis) or possibly a yeast infection. the bumps/lumps slightly itch and hurt mildly. I'm also spotting. There is a light and somewhat more stronger odor than usual. My discharge is also a bit thicker and whiter. I am sexually active with one partner. And I take birth control, we also have sex without a condom. Sometimes I allow him to ejaculate inside of me. So I'm wondering if maybe thats the cause.
I've set up an gynecology appointment with my doctor but I'm not scheduled for two weeks.

looks like yeast infection from the cottage cheese discharge i see and the itching/pain you describing.. looks nothing like hpv or any std related
so it was bv and a yeast infection. my doc prescribed a vaginal gel(metro something) and told me to buy some monistat (a name brand/ over the counter yeast infection treatment). it cleared up quickly and i feel so much better
