yes i do have discharge. They do itch and they are more like sores.
what is ur discharge like? colour, smell, consistency etc. do the sores hurt? when did u last have sex? how long have u had them? they are on both sides and there is a lot so it could be some kind of irritation but might be best to get it checked out by doctor. doesnt look typical of herpes to me . did they start as bumps?
I have similar bumps. I dont have weird color or smell they occasional itch. and it seems theyre not always there. kind of like come and go quickly.

They weren’t there when she looked but I explained how they appeared as quickly as they came they do itch and bleed a little if I scratch but no puss or crust. She said she thinks if just hairs trying to come from my hair pores I forgot what she said it was called but she said to use “hibiclens” to wash down there when I shower and see if it helps. If not to try and come back in when theyre active. She doesnt think its an STD because of how fast they come and go. just a possible irritation
