So Im a teenager and im not a virgin ive recently had intercourse and suddenly im itchy i checked this morning and i didnt see much down there but I noticed all these bumps that im sure i had before but i didnt know i had so many later tonight i see my discharge is clumpy and its itchy and irratated Anyone know what it could be ?

Sounds like you’ve developed thrush (candida). The lumps resemble vestibular papillomas; they may have got a little swollen from vulvitis (vulval inflammation) because of the thrush. In which case they will settle down once the thrush clears with treatment. You can buy Canesten cream and a pessary from your local pharmacist/drugstore without needing to see your doctor for a prescription.
I’m also assuming you’ve had your HPV shots, in which case genital warts are an unlikely diagnosis.
