I have noticed these bumps on the inner part of my vulva. It’s really itchy sometimes. I have an appointment on Friday but I am really worried. Could these be HPV warts? Or does it look like herpes? It doesnt hurt though, it just feels super itchy.

doesnt look like hpv nor herpes , wouldnt worrh about thag but you most deff have a yeast infection. because the itchiness you are descrbing and i see w resemble of cottage cheese
It could be a vaginal yeast infection because you experience very itchy and white, thick discharge that look like cottage cheese. Your doctor may prescribe antifungal medications to help you get rid of it.
