So like 2 months or more ago I noticed these lesions or ulcers! I thought they were heroes but they havent changed at all! What can they be! I’ve put herpe ointment on them and they havent changed! I have no insurance or money to pay for std testing! I practice safe sex , oral only with condom. But a girl did lick my scrotum once! Is it herpes?

Thank you went to planned parenthood, they said it didn’t have no blisters or fluids inside. She said definitely not herpes
