Hi is there anybody out there today?? Having a bad few days on week 3 of sertraline just gone upto 100mg im feeling weak tierd headache alot of tension rather shakey :-/ please anybody else been like this is it normal xx
Hi there!! It's reallyvwarly days and you have just had a dose increase is there anyone you can be with while these side effects occur! Stay positive they will pass it's totally normal! I have been on citalopram for just 5 months and I still have off days like this but I know what they are and how to relax and take my mind off them! Try a good soak in the bath sing laugh!! Yeah it's really early days and that's a fairly high dosage I think too.if possible try and have someone with you.drink plenty of water and eat well.try and keep busy.excercise if you can...meditation is helpful breathe in to the count of 2 and oit for the count of 4.... see your dr again if it doesn't get better. Hang in there and try and remember that it will pass! !
