Maybe you use toilet paper too harshly on that area? Or maybe the soap you are using? The area also looks very dry which can cause intense itching. I’m not sure if you have a sore or lesion near the line you drew on, but if that’s the case, it could be causing that burning feeling, so you should definitely get that swabbed!
