its the bump like bulge on the bottom right of my shaft.
There could be a simple explanation - the area is where several types of glands would develop in early to mid adulthood.
As you have been fully circumcised this has totally disrupted the natural development of what would have grown in the area, if you had not been circumcised.
What you see is what remains of what would have developed, and this most likely would have been a gland of one sort or another
It is always safest to rule out other issues that could develop into problems at sometime in the future, so do still get further checks done.
