Interesting that you mention you got tested for herpes 6 months ago. And the problem has arisen in the same area again.
The photo doesn’t show any evidence of warts/HPV; instead we see multiple superficial ulcers that would be suggestive of genital herpes. So I think what you experienced in December (that prompted the initial swab) and the current problem are one and the same, i.e. outbreaks of genital herpes. A negative swab doesn’t necessarily exclude herpes; if you repeated it now (because you have open sores) I suspect the result would be positive. If possible, get another swab taken asap to confirm the diagnosis and once confirmed you’ll be in a better position to seek counselling and advice on managing the condition effectively.
